I am so jealous that Staishy is sporting her fall looks! I am still stuck in summer, but these past few days I have felt a change and I think our fall may be coming. Whether the weather changes for the first day of fall or not...my scarves will come in to every day wear (instead of just in movie theaters), our show pumpkin goes out, and the wreath goes up! I love Staishy's first pick of Nanny's brown, taupe, and grey double strand bead necklace. So beautiful for any time, but especially for fall! As far as her second pick, I am especially excited to see another of Nanny's purple bead necklaces. I just love mine- I wear them all the time! I am always a fan of black and white with a pop of color too. So stylish! I am also excited that they could be paired with the earrings I recently got for Staishy. I have the same earrings and I might just have to wear them with my purple beads. :)
My first pick is a necklace I have worn with this top about a million times! Every time I wear it I vow to get a picture but just never have been able to. I was determined this time! These twister beads are so fun and I believe this blouse was made specifically for them! I feel bad for the other lonely blouses out there that will never live up to their potential without this beauty! Paul spent what seemed like hours untangling this long strand of what may be 15 feet or more of blue and green beads when we first found it, that Staishy insisted we should have it, and I'm so glad she did! I take special care to keep it from getting tangled like that again! I have worn it twisted and loose but have not yet ventured away from wearing it with this blouse! This past week I really just wanted to go for simplicity with Nanny's silver twist chain. It also reminds me of a gold bracelet of Amy's that was just sadly lost-it was a gift from her grandfather to her grandmother. I feel so lucky to have so many things that were Nanny's and feel so sad that Amy has lost something so special. I know how she felt to wear it and I would be absolutely devastated. So, here's hoping that wherever that special bracelet is it somehow makes it back to Amy or at least to someone who will take good care of it. :( I am off to pick out my jewelry for the week and am hoping that something autumn speaks to me!

Love both choices! Poor Paul - he did spend forever untangling that necklace. It looks fabulous on you, I am glad you are getting good wear from it.
